Allocate 1.2% of Your Income Tax to the “Energus Cycling Team”

Access the VMI electronic declaration system via deklaravimas.vmi.lt using your preferred login method.

Find the Form

Once logged in, navigate to the DECLARATION tab on the left and click FILL IN FORM. In the newly opened window, you will see a list of frequently used forms—select Request to Allocate Support.

Filling Out the Form

Choose the desired tax period and open the form for electronic completion. In the recipient search window, enter the recipient’s name, Energus Cycling Team, and click Continue. In the next window, enter the necessary details, specifying the portion of your tax to be allocated and the tax period until which you wish to provide support.

Submit the Form

Please review all the information to ensure its accuracy, confirm your submission, and click Generate Request to complete the process. Finally, click Submit to complete the process.
